Process:

• ADT 900 / 950 – 2 P: Drafting, heating and over feeding of Core & Effect yarn individually, Air Texturing, heat stabilizing after air texturing and final winding of continuous filament polyester / polyamide Air Textured Yarn.

Required Air Pressure: Min. 8 Bar / Max. 12 Bar depends on process parameter and finish product requirement.

Process Denier Range: ADT 900/950-2P: 30 to 600 denier, 2 Ply (33 to 666 dtex) Polyester (PES), polyamide (PA) ATY yarn.

Power Consumption: 0.30 Kwh per Position processing 150 Denier ATY @ 700 Meter/Min. Process speed, which depends on machine maintenance, end product quality requirement and ambient condition.

Feed Creel: Box type, close yarn path, 2+2, rotating package holder per position

Yarn Feed Shafts:
– Feed Shafts with Apron nipping: 4 Nos./position before texturing jet box
– Delivery Shaft with apron Nipping: 2 Nos./position after texturing Jet box

Draw Heater:
– Vapour phase, 60 mm Diameter Sectional group Hot Pin for 8/12 position.
– Each Hot tube with Independent temperature set point for Core & Effect Yarn.
– Temperature Range: 100 C to 150 C.

Texturing Jet Box:
Enclosed Jet Box equipped with Wetting Device and connected to vapour exhaust blower (Texturing jet core and jet housing with QRC is an Optional supply)

Stabilizing Heater:
– Close-Contact type, Vapour Phase group heater of 1.1 meter long.
– Temperature Range: 150 C to 240 C.

Rotary Creel (R/C): Rotary creel, 2+2, rotating package holder per position facilitates loading of creel from either side of the creel

Fancy Yarn Devices:
Electro-Mechanical Disc type Slubing Device to produces 2 cm to 6 cm long slubs.
Long slubing mechanism to produces 150 cm to 750 cm long slubs applicable to Machine model ADT 950-2P only
Air Slubing Jet to produces kind of irregular Air NEPS, requires 3 to 5 Bar Air pressure.
Variable Frequency generator on different feeding shafts

Close loop control: Encoder feed back close loop controlled all motor for better speed holding accuracy
Texturing Jet: Air Texturing Jet Core, housing and QRC according to denier range to be processed.

Hard/Soft Package Formation: Take Up Cradle with pressure adjustment through dead weight to produce regular and soft package for textured yarn dying application

Doff Timer: Doff timer for random, sectional or side/machine wise equal length doffing indications and production efficiency monitoring system
